I second the qualities you listed But has quality ever been synonymous with popularity? No, and even if metalheads might have better taste in general, even in this genre, the in my opinion best stuff won't ever be the most popular. I quit listening to Circle With Me, it's just so painfully cookie-cutter. And my favorite record is the singles collection. I hope their next release will be proggier again.

Literally my absolute favorite band of all time. There’s not one Fucking song that I don’t absolutely love. Honestly the genre is getting stale... and it’s so refreshing when a band has a crisp, original, and unique sound. Spiritbox is just one of those bands that can never be replicated. I just realized, if you look at the last three singles they released, there are little colored bars at the very bottom of each of the covers. Each time a new single was released, a new bar with a different color has appeared on the newest single. So based on that and the amount of space left on the covers, I'm guessing we are getting two more songs Edit: I believe the colors also correspond to the color of the pictures they post on twitter before they release each song.
