Interestingly my word for 2025 is Authenticity. :) This was great Lenka, so helpful as always. I do have a request for a topic for a video. When we are working with raising our prices in alignment with our worth and the value of the offering, how do we address the feeling of added pressure to show up? If I have an offering that is worth $100, that's easy. No pressure involved. If I have an offering worth $5000, I'm very aware of the level of my client's commitment. I'm also aware that not every coach or healer does give appropriate value and that a lot of people have been burned. So raising our prices is one thing, and making sure that our programs and offerings are professional and potent is another. If I am dealing with any self-doubt or I have clients who question me, how do I know that I truly am serving at a level that matches a higher-priced offering?

These days I had a request from a friend to do a video promotion for a project of hers I have been participating in some way. It takes me very much out of my comfort zone, even if it could as you say, open a new door for my business as well. The problem is this friend got mad at me for not agreeing to do it so it feels like I have to match other people's expectations to be loved or accepted. So I'm planning to withdraw from the project all together 🙏

Interesting! I'm curious as to why the energy of your team is not aligned to your energy. We typically attract those that align with our focus and goals. 80% NO, seems quite high IMO.🤨

My teams energy is absolutely aligned with mine, we do lots of energy work together to ensure this. The suggestions from my team are all fantastic and absolutely align with the goals of the business but for me personally, I do not choose to take on strategies and tactics that I do not feel aligned with as I explain in this video. My marketing specialists are all geniuses in their field but if I do not feel their suggestions are authentic to me, then I won't do them. Does this make sense? :)
