Yes we sure should forgive people who may have offended us or spoke untruths about us What I do is get a mass offered up for them or light a candle in my local Church Doing that immediately I can move on as I have forgiven them. I am not going to damn my soul or be upset because of another person decides to try and upset me. Happiness comes from within and nobody can take it away . God Bless you and all our listeners. Fr. Chris, your concern for our spiritual growth brings so much joy to our hearts. Thank you so much for this episode on the Spiritual Works of Mercy. To help others, we must first have deep spiritual reserves for sharing and touching the lives of men. Watching Ben Steele working together with his daughter to make a holy rosary, help me reminisce the wonderful years with my students in Religion class at St. Scholastica Academy. I encouraged students to make holy rosary for their family and use them daily at home. Also they could frame religious pictures like that of Jesus, Mary,etc .and hang them at home or place them on the altar. The students were trained to pray before and after class, special daily recitation of the rosary in May and October. Graduating students were trained to teach catechism in the public elementary schools and preparing pupils for confession and reception of Holy Communion. That was a real work heavy work catering to 5-6 schools, the biggest schools was composed of 600 pupils. Thanks be to God’s grace, we survived!

I recently was thinking that in my family's home i never saw a framed picture of the Divine Mercy. I do remember a beautiful picture of the Agony in the Garden in my parents bedroom. Then i realized- they practiced divine mercy in their hearts and by receiving very frequent communion in Mass while on earth and now in Heaven i believe. Praise the Lord Jesus Christ-the Divine Mercy always and forever!

Father please I'm in need of some understanding my local church while we we're receiving Holy communion the priest also had a lay lady giving communion next to him, the priest noticed more lining up in his line so he yelled three times to move over to next line some moved some didn't. There were only 2 ladies left in line instead of handing communion to my fellow sisters he turned his back and walked away back to the altar, emptied remaining Holy Eucharist into bowl. My sister had to walk away without receiving our Lord Jesus. It was one of the most devastating works of ungodliness I've ever seen..After mass I approached the priest and told him what I witnessed was one of the most troubled things I've ever witnessed, if my sister chose not to receive our Lord Jesus from a lay lady but instead wished to receive from a priest hands how it that wrong. Is it our choice to receive our Lord Jesus from consecrated hands.
