Did I hear you mention you are in California? Idk why, but it makes me excited to know that. I have a question : when l practice dhikr and leave everything behind i feel something refering to peace and calmness and I feel flow of energy within me but iam afraid this might be kundalini enery . Alot of authors warn us to be careful when using this energy for fearing of damaging any body part .. if so , how can l treat with this energy and avoid such hazards ??? Thank you❤
