We as muslims don't have sheikh like you. Unfortunately, 😭😭 most of them they will just say no no affirmation is haram case closed!! Instead of studying the subject. Explaining it in a modern way, so we can understand it because we are moderate societies. We are Ph.D holders. Assalaamu Allaikkum Ihsan brother. "Everyday in every way I'm getting better and better with the help of Allah" is my favorite affirmation. Kick starting morning with affirmations of gratitude, elevating my thought with happiness and can realize the frequency I'm reaching. I heard about neuroplasticity and how we can change our toxic belief system, but hearing from you making the big difference. I witnessed the impact of affirmation in my everyday life. After every morning adhkar, I feeling secured without unwanted thoughts. While waking my boys from bed, those are the Affirmations I'm telling to them as they were just 10 years old now. "you're blessed" "Allah loves you" "you're capable of achieving any good thing with the help of Allah" You're smart enough to be aware of Allah" "you're drinking more water so you're skin will be healthy" "you're following more and more sunnah, so you'll be guided and successful" "You're reciting quran everyday so you will be pure, noble, true and just, free from arrogance, pride, show off, jealousy, envy" "You're starting everything with Bismillah, so it will be successfull" Alhamdhulillah, last 3 Affirmations, I got in my mind after watching this video. May Our Rabb bless you abundantly with his unbound blessings. Felt blessed to have you as my life coach. In Sha Allah, soon will join you're course after 4 months as I'm currently doing my masters in psychology.

I really needed this. Jazakallahu khair. Now I can reconcile affirmations as taught in the secular sense with Islam and our Creator. It's critical to have Allah as the foundation, the center, the beginning and the end of any such work on ourselves. Otherwise it means nothing. The secular framework of affirmation practices always make me feel uncomfortable and seem even outright wrong.

I like the idea of affirmation for self improvement, but the secular framework makes me feel uncomfortable because I feel like I'm attributing powers to myself that I best reserve for the divine. So I'm glad I cam across this channel to help me direct my affirmation in the right frame.

Wasalaam sister please look at how Allah has created fruits and vegetables that nourish us and taste good, and so much variety, something for everyone. Allah has created beautiful colors and flowers for us to enjoy. In fact the whole universe must be exactly the way it is for us to have this precious experience on earth. Allah has made the earth and even the moon and sun subservient to us. They serve us so we can love our lives fully and perhaps be thankful to the gracious Lord by observing all this that he created with such love and care and foresight for us.
