A probing, contemplative journey into the whole notion of sin and the shadow, as well as our redemption through self-acceptance and forgiveness. With great subtlety and clarity of mind, Richard Rudd here explores the core metaphysical concepts that can trap us in any number of world-views. An incisive and liberating contemplation.

Its so lovely that all the time "wasted" in contemplation has actually been a productive use of time, leading me to inner peace ! The Gene Keys also brings me much peace and compassion ! Thanks Richard❤

Saving others was a survival mechanism in my family. Putting everyone and everything before your own happiness and making sure that you are safe and sound and not caring that nuch about what the ither person truly feels or wants. And I just got that now. Wow. Thanks

A mistake is just that a mis-take, re-take it right. This is one of my slogans for years . It is awesome. To be creative and innovative you are bron to making mistakes , by their nature . As you are birthing something new. Mistakes are gifts in disguise. Retaking them opens the floodgates of creative flow. This is the depth of turning provocation 39th GK into freedom and spirituality of 55th GK , the latter happens to be in my human design chart. They are within the individual circuitry of creativity. This the beauty of the dance between unique individuality and unity. I am a 2 / 4 profile so I appreciate dancing and creativity. BTW, my name means the ultimate Sidhhi. I find it in my nodes S 30 and N 29.

How long, dear me, did it take to finally know and FEEL the perfection of the worst decision I ever made? The years of contemplation (oft not done well) and suffering... but I embrace it now as essential for growth, as the perfect pedagogue. How locked I was to the suffering and shame! Your work here is also the perfect pedagogue, and for me infinitely gentler than was I on myself. Much to mull and learn here. Thank you.🙏

I love this part: 28:37 - "Think about it next time when you're trying to save someone. Is it your pure intention? Or is it your own discomfort with their suffering - in other words - with your suffering." Also, very helpful advices about apologizing!

@@gene_keys yay! thank you. I like to check out other peoples gene keys to sense what I need to learn from them on a deeper level. I see for one that you are a virgo. I love that sign as it holds a depth for me that I can only feel in my soul. Every virgo I have met has always touched me on that level. I will explore more through the keys :-)

@@gene_keys : thank you so much now I know why I wanted to know. Your life work in 64 is my attraction sphere. I find it challenging to be in relationships that bring out my confusion. *I am listening to the audio connected to this. I am grateful thank you again* :D

I like this. In my experience, that center of the hoops feels like living life with an open hand and in curiosity and WONDER instead of belief and dogma. From that place, our wondering wanders curiously and almost floats into many circles. That wondering usually prefers one over the other, but doesn’t have a problem contemplating any new thought that moves away from that color. The wondering never comes with chastising for a thought that wanders from the color we typically hover around. It feels like a childlike exploration and why I call it living in WONDER. Wonder is the most beautiful place to live. It is vibrant without shame and gentle yet radical love, first for self, and then an overflowing cup onto others. An apology I made last week, “That wasn’t fair of me. I said that is who you are, but that isn’t true. That is a place you are at and is where you are passing through as you heal. It is part of the journey you have to walk to work through your trauma and you have been doing that courageously.”

WOW, I was just thinking, after you presented all 4 hoops, that I did not find myself in any of them, authentically, but I was still looking at them, really trying to find my place. As I arrived to the conclusion that all are true and not true, valid and not valid at the same time, in their own interaction, you presented the central point of view. Thank you!

Thank you! Yes, my biggest mistake has also been the biggest source of my learning. I do puzzle about the paradox of there seeming to be mistakes and yes, there are no mistakes. Perhaps, as Richard suggests, it's best just to accept the paradox.

He and his Mistake became friends for life🎉 i feel like i have always been mistake, but that one in the middle, where nothing is written in the stone as river that never flows the same place twice! So, try to catch me..under the existing or not God or tree of free will! Isn't that nice, that we never know..haha😂

Beautiful! The measuring rod is Jesus who lived a sinless life. How do we stack up to that? We can't! That's why we need a mediator to reconcile us back to our Father (Source). Your gentle spirit is refreshing! I'd say I'm a red hoop.

Nice to listen to you talking Richard. However, you mentioned Mooji. He and many others (i like listening to Ganga Mira at the moment), they teach the ignoring of the thoughts, concepts, because there is no truth in the mind. This makes all contemplation over all these topics unnecessary...

contemplation empties the mind - it's not just thinking. Maybe read my little book The Art of Contemplation, and you'll have a better idea of what I mean by the word. Love R
