As a metal guitarist of 15ish years im finally trying to dive into music theory and your point of view is encouraging to keep trying. Seeing what the "end goal" of all the work and that it is in fact worth is nice to hear.

He’s from an area with a 250k median income, look at the gear he has , i don’t think he carved out enough of a “life in music” from doing online lessons to afford BERKLEE tuition for a fucking worthless degree

He has though. That's incredibly inconsistent to say because of the privileges he's lucky to had and made great use of. Cause I just listened to Python and this nigga Spiro immediately inspired me to never stop playing and don't give up . I'm not sure what your circumstances are man but you got it my guy don't give up

He’s someone that can only be emulated if you exist in a higher tax bracket. Most don’t have the opportunity having excess personal time to dedicate to individual interests and pursuits.
