Haha it looks it but I forgot to record me taking off the claws on the roast and spike, so put it all back together and put it back on the spit roaster then filmed me taking it off the pork roast again. Double handling is never fun but really wanted that shot. I wouldn't ever use a plate that I've had raw meat on but thanks for bringing it up.

I brought myself one a few days ago too cook just that but have been smashed with rain so haven’t bothered. I’ve eaten off a friends one quite a few times but here in Mackay the ass of them rust out pretty quick.

Leave the roast uncovered in the fridge for 24hrs, dries the skin out ready for crackling

The! Reason the meat stops and "stutters" is because the counterweight is supposed to be slightly loose so it stays hanging down.... Otherwise Ok.
