Yusuke Urameshi Yes. It’s too bad for the Leafs, but the big advantage that the Pens had was they were able to sign Crosby to a 12-year Deal before the CBA was limited to a max of 8 (for own club) nowadays. I wonder if it would have (or not would have) worked with the Pens and Crosby with the current CBA.

The ultimate role model in professional sports. Not LeBron James, not Stephen Curry. Sidney Crosby. He sure is a down to earth guy. He's not cocky and sucking up the spotlight. I think that's why even as great as he is, he doesn't get as much credit as he deserves. I mean you could argue he's the g.o.a.t. because he's mastered every aspect of the game in the toughest era to do it with how well trained everyone is now.

Bizz and Whit give us fans a glimpse into the character and personalities of nhl stars like nobody else. Former nhlers talking shop with current NHLers = solid gold. After decades of standard journalism/interviews/media, thank you guys for this content, getting us closer to the game/players than ever before.

I've always marvelled at the instinctual nature of his Gold Medal winning goal in Vancouver. It was so quick and unexpected. Hearing him talking about those drills he would do as a kid makes it all so clear. He's elite because he's grinded harder than anyone else. What a player!

That was awesome. Feel like I’ve watched every Crosby interview, so it’s amazing having a new interview, and one as casual as this was. Got to hear a lot of new stories and very real and raw. Loved it thanks for doing this, and congrats on another amazing year Sid can’t wait to watch this year, Edmonton Pittsburgh game is my new fave. Please tell me what Brady has done besides the foundation for underprivileged athletes? Nothing. Not a damn thing. But maybe most of all...he's a fucking Trump supporter.🤮

Also, we must give credit to the Chiclets squad for getting Sid to open up the way he does on this podcast. The Spittin' Chiclets podcast gives us a new, more personal look into these guys' lives that wasn't previously accessible. Great for the NHL, great for the sport of hockey and great for the fans. Everybody wins. Keep doing your thing guys!

This was an awesome listen. Sidney Crosby is my favorite player not on my favorite team the Habs. He’s very humble even with how much success he has and how talented he is. It’s super cool to hear these stories as we don’t usually get to hear these type of stories from him. He mentionned the shoulder injury to Malkin. I was at that game, pre season game here in Moncton New Brunswick. Sid’s an all-time great and still amazing in 2022.
