മുമ്പ് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന citizen service portal എത്ര easy ആയിരുന്നു. ഇപ്പോൾ ഒരുമാതിരി വല്ലാത്ത അവസ്ഥ ആണ്. എല്ലാ K ആക്കാൻ നിന്ന് അവസാനം 3ജി ആണ് ആകുന്നത്.

Property tax അടക്കാൻ കഴിയുന്നില്ല. തിരു: മെയിൻ ഓഫീസാണ് സോണൽ ' വട്ടിയൂർക്കാവ് വാർഡ് ' മുമ്പ് സഞ്ചയ വഴി അടച്ചു കൊണ്ടിരുന്നതാണ്. 3 മാസമായിട്ടും സ്മാർട്ട് ആയില്ല. നിരാശ ആയി പോയി.
