炸彈蔥油餅的蔥很浪費,有的人拿到蔥多的,有人拿到蔥少的,因為老闆炸的時候,沒放好在蛋上的都會漂走到油裡面,看老闆用網子撈到旁邊黑掉的蔥ㄧ天下來也有一大鍋了,應該建議老闆的蔥可以事先過一下油放在旁邊備用,有人點再直接勺一匙放在炸好的蛋和餅上比較不浪費
