Now I wanna make some scallion pancakes, I haven't made any in years! You can't find them at any but 1 restaurant where I live, haven't heard of em most places. I hadn't had them until I studied abroad in Tianjin, they had them at the hotel restaurant--minus the egg in the middle. Never had them that way, might be good for breakfast.
@flyingmousefood Жыл бұрын
Which country do you live in? In Taiwan, scallion pancakes are a very common food, but this scallion pancake is special. The boss puts eggs in the pancakes instead of on top.

That looks so amazing. You REALLY captured every bit of the process and you could certainly feel the pride they put into their work. I can’t even fathom how amazing they must taste! Here in New York, I have to drive an hour to go to a Korean supermarket and buy them frozen for $5 USD and they are TINY and very few chives. (Of course, no egg included, but I always add my own) THANK YOU for sharing!

Haha, maybe $5 can't get you a decent portion of food in the US, right? And it's so tiring to drive for 1 hour, I can't even drive! This tastes amazing and delicious!!!🤗🤗🤗

@@flyingmousefood You’re so correct! Here, I have to drive 20-25 minutes to the nearest fast food place and the only good thing on their menu is ice-cream 😳 Otherwise, you have to drive at least another 20 to get to the main plaza for “decent” food. I just subscribed because I’ve watch some of your vlogs and they are AMAZING! You really show how well everything is prepared and how amazing the final food is. I’m enjoying it all! THANK YOU 🙏

@@diamondheart9268 Haha, I wanted to make a joke, do you live on a mountain or underwater. 🤣🤣🤣In Taiwan, everyone can find "decent" food within a few steps. This is Taiwan's advantage, but it is also a relative disadvantage. From my point of view, making food is a difficult business to make money, just because the threshold for starting a business is relatively low, so the more street food, the more the country is not rich. Thank you for subscribing to my channel, it means a lot to me, your recognition makes me very happy. 😊😊😊
