me and my family have learned if you ride it during the fireworks there is no line so you can ride it over and over again and watch part of the fireworks! Best feeling going down that drop during the fireworks 😌🥰

For those who don’t know: 1. The ride is definitely long but worth the wait. 2. The drop feels freaking huge don’t underestimate it. 3. Front row is really the only row you get wet in. 4. The scent of the water will leave you great memories don’t ask idk how to explain but overall just a great feeling. ***i live in Florida and I’ve been to Disney multiple times, especially considering I operate the ride every Thursday and Monday 😕 I’m sure I know the ride pretty well

When I was 13, I went to my first trip to Disney World with my mom and my aunt. It was our first day at Magic Kingdom and remember how scared and nervous I was to go on Splash Mountain. But I remember at the end of the ride, I was laughing and asking my mom and aunt if we could go on it again. Now a decade later - I am hoping to go back again soon and ride on Splash Mountain once more!

I will never forget the first time we got my sister on this ride she was probably 12 or 13z she was scared to ride and when we got up to the place right before the big hill she just freaked out screaming no mommy no i want off stop the ride noooo please no!!! After we went over the hill she was quiet for a few moments then said that....was.... AWESOME! After that she became fearless and has never shied away from any rides since then with the exception of big wooden coasters that give you headaches and shake up your boobs till they hurt 😔

I love this ride. Very different from most flume rides while still staying traditional with the big drop at the same time. I feel like most flume rides are just one minute slow boat rides and the only actual fun moment is the drop. On this ride, they give you multiple drops, multiple indoor and outdoor portions with incredible animatronics, and it has a story to follow along with that makes you want to go on it again and again (even if the story is based off of a racist movie...). I also actually really love the length of the ride. It’s long, but in the most perfect way, not in the way of “ugh, let’s get off this thing already” but in a good way. It’s not TOO long. Lots of amazing rides in Disney, but this one is one of the best.
