You think this is a bad weapon? Try the Glooga Dualies Deco (vanilla does not exist). They have the same issues as the .52 Gal, but the fact that it’s a pair of Dualies makes it even less accurate. You pretty much only want to shoot after a dodge roll because its DPS without rolling is abysmal, and it’s one of the most demanding weapons in the game in terms of aiming ability because of the slow firing rate and the fact that you have to be able to consistently shoot while moving. The kit isn’t made to give you the upper hand or be a companion to the main weapon, it feels like it’s made to protect you from how bad the main weapon actually is. The sub is a wall which you can roll behind and shoot from safety like a coward, and the special is basically just a panic button. But on the rare occasion that you encounter someone using the weapon in ranked... It’s going to be the worst 5 minutes in your life.

Glooga in general is weird. I also find it weird how Dapples are inherently more accurate than they are as well. They have supportive subs with "Slayer" specials, which means they're half-baked towards roles, and because they have such low ink rate yet high ink consumption, they're actually played better from guerrilla fighting in ink. And there's tons of better weapons that do that better. However, rolling around deleting an entire enemy team with your range and firepower is delicious. Killing with Glooga isn't hard, being consistent is. I'd rather just be a scumbag and just use Dualie Squelchers for their better accuracy AND better roll AND still better ink effiency. But when I wanna see the world burn, I'll dawn the Gloogas.

I think it's completely unfair that the squelcher dulies share a range with it considering the only difference between the two's damage shots is by one shot & squelcher still manages to kill before a glooga could if they were both to aim at a still enemy. Glooga is a 3 shot weapon & Squelchers are a 4 but because they shoot faster then glooga's, glooga's are completely obsolete when it comes to the main weapon itself.

I can make em work. - Your bread and butter is the roll. You can get kills before rolling but don't rely on it. The 2 hit kill after a roll is the best tool this weapon has, considering the baller needs charging and can't be repeated. Out-manouver your opponents with the roll and be an annoying pest that they can't get rid of. Use your supperior range to your advantage against short and mid ranged slayers. Watch out for Dualie Squelchers as they generally outrange you and have offensive kits. Especially watch out for the splattershot pro and .96 gal as they shread at higher range than you with some of the most offesive kits in the game. - If the Dualies are your sword, the splash wall is your shield. Use it as a safe way to sit back and use your 2 hit kill. Or drop it to make a getaway. - Baller is one of the most important parts of the kit. Use it when you have it charged up to make a quick and effective push on targets. Don't be afraid to use it as a panic getaway tool either. - Just like the .52 gal, USE INK SAVER MAIN! But I'd also recommend personally ink recovery and Special Charge up.

Hey, as of version 4.7.0, Main Power Up now increases GENERAL ACCURACY of this weapon. I’d stack some MPU if you’re looking for a more consistent Gal. For me, 2 mains 3 subs does the trick.

As a .52 Gal user, I feel absolutely insulted by this disgrace of a video. Because you're right and I don't like that. TL;DR: You're right, but not as much as you think you are. In my opinion. But honestly, I feel like you're not really looking at this the right way. I know that this is just my opinion but the .52 Gal is quite frankly my favourite weapon to use (other than pro and tentatek) because I'm good at aiming and It's a really fast kill. I find it really good for tower control, as when people come on to the tower they basically die. I've traded with a carbon before like that. The point sensor is great for alerting your team, so I use it often. And the baller is a great "Get out of jail free card" and I've not found any problem with the missed shots, since I'm used to it by now and accept that's a limitation. I don't have the Deco or .96, since I've been putting it off for other weapons and scrubbing my gear, so this is pretty one sided. You have lots of valid points, but from my point of view this weapon is a great choice for my style of play and a lot of other players think like me. So please, at least give this weapon a good rep for what it excels in and not focus on the downsides that it does have.

Personally, after suffering from the wrath of the sploosh and other similar weapons, I can say that accuracy isn’t all that important with this weapon because people naturally try to go side to side in order to dodge attacks when they are within your range, the rng helps by acting as insurance for people that aren’t directly in front of you.

@@katuu_rina i like the Point sensors on it honestly. Because the weapon has bad accuracy, knowing where exactly the opponent is can increase the chance of hitting the opponent since you don't have to focus that much on finding out where the opponent is.

There is the .52 gal with loads of rng, and then there is the splash-o-matic, which has removed chance from all aspects of it’s life. Also both the .52 and .96 are more accurate when you start shooting and get less accurate as you continue shooting, meaning that if you pop out of your ink to shoot something you have a good chance of killing them in two or three hits if you aim well enough, but the longer a shooting match goes on the less likely you are to win it. Also I find it helps to take advantage of the slight range advantage is has over the tentatek and similar weapons. Whenever I have played this weapon I have always been able to get a large number of splats, but if someone sneaks up on me or I’m forced to hold my ground I don’t tend to do very well.

I was maining the splattershot for a long time, until I realized the .52 gal was almost as good at turfing, had basically the same range as I was used to, and could splat opponents a LOT faster and more reliably - my playstyle is very aggressive but I'm not actually very skilled. I admit the kits could absolutely be better (I miss burst bombs), but the .52 gal supports my playstyle so much better than the other shooters I've used. I can support with point sensor, push with baller, cover a ton of turf, and actually splat my opponents instead of getting killed 20 times in a row. Dealing with dualies is actually impossible with .52 gal that part is unfortunately too true (especially Dualie Squelchers - the range!) Also Carbon Roller Deco and Range Blaster function just fine, thank you, and the Dynamo and Luna are as terrifying as ever.

Gal users: what is this *objective* you speak of? Just me? Ok... But seriously, the .52 gal is the best weapon to play a game of cat and mouse with your opponent. The point sensor can help keep enemies in sight so you can chase them down, and the baller can roll straight into an opponent quickly to get a free kill. No matter what, a gal user that can maximize the kit potential will get every splat it wants.

iss is rather good for Curling Bombs sense their 2nd primary purpouse(other then movement)is farming special real quick, so having some iss can be useful for throwing alot of them~ also a trick that is often used for the 52 Deco is running alot of ss along with Comback so that you can use Stingray quickly after you have been killed~

52 and 96 are literally just a worse version of a Bamboozler. Including their kits, which is saying something when comparing the kits to the bamboozler's kits. Edit: They still play differently, but they can still be compared when it comes to some of their stats.
