Man the ink colours look so much nicer in this game and i thought about it and i think it’s because they went back to the thought process from splat 1, in that game one colour was super light and the other was super dark so there was a more contrast (you can see it when you look at the blue and orange in this game) but in 2 the colours were closer in value which looks worse (the splatoon 2 green and magenta is a good example)

@@MisterBrick42 yeah, in splat 1 turf war’s color schemes tended to be pretty saturated while in ranked we had the purple vs pastel blue, blue vs pastel green, etc…

What is more impressive than you finishing that bingo is that you didnt have to wait over 150s and didnt ever disconect in 34 games. I have to wait like 100-200s on avarge for a single game, rarely going below 100s and sometimes closer to like 300s, with it being my record. And no, its not my internet, propably not many players play when i do and also Nintendo servers suck as we all know.

I know it's 2 years later, but I think the game actually (used to or still does) factor in Inkling/Octoling and tries to balance it out across matches, hence the many occurrences of "Chara picks one, and immediately gets in a lobby with 6 of the other".

Checkpoints are completely useless in lower ranks since they don't use the extra time to regroup, which is one of the main issues with rainmaker. I think the rainmaker should be reset to the middle to really slow down the attacking team.

Hey, i wanted to ask what's your opinion on competitive splatoon adding a drafting phase before each game? this would be tournament only i imagine. In case you don't know what a drafting phase is, it's a space before the game starts where the teams ban certain characters (weapons in this case) and take turns to pick weapons while the other team is able to see what the locked as their pick. i would love it to be implemented imo
