For the record, Octoballs cannot be killed unless they're in your ink. This is especially noticeable in the Roller challenges, where you can run over Octoballs five times, watch them go _flying_ at high speeds, but until they get caught in your ink, they'll be just fine.

Actually, if an Octoball is stationary (it hasn't noticed you) it can be killed like a normal enemy. This is particularly noticeable in the first stage with Octoballs, as they can be killed with a Seeker.

Commenting late but i have to for my favorite weapon in this game! I was a roller main for the longest but I ways enjoyed the speed of the brushes but felt they were too weak for battle. When the Octobrush was released, I played it once and immediately fell in love. It had the exact same kit as my previous main, the krak-on roller and even tho it gave up its OHKO, it made up for it in maneuverability. Being able to roll away from unfavorable fights and have a little bit of leniency in getting the plateaus perfect for my assassin/aggro play style. Both the Octobrush and its variant are still my most favorite weapons in this game.

This weapon holds a special place in my heart, splatoon was the game that really got me into competitive laddering. I remember going though half a dozen weapons before this weapon was released I almost immediately fell in love with the aggressive close quarters play style, i started making bold plays with a lot more confidence and managed to finally break into A+ tier after spending a good amount of time in B/B+. this game made me a lot more confident in my own ability's and pushed me to jump into competitive game modes in other games i might not have otherwise, i have a lot of respect for this game and i lot of respect for this weapon and i thank you for doing such a great job showcasing it. kind regards an old octobrush main :P

Actually Chugga, about the Burst Bomb Rush you got in the stage. It actually changes what type of bomb you have depending on what bomb you have equipped. When you first got it, it was Splat Bomb Rush while you had Splat Bombs equipped, but once you changed to Burst Bombs at 6:40, it changed to Burst Bomb Rush. Also, I was NOT expecting that level of detail put into how the world is connected. I have a lot of respect for developers who put in little touches like that just for the sake of having it.

mahi mahi resort, is based off the Aulani resort located in Ko'olina, Hawaii, which i happen to live very close to, there is nothing from inkopolis plazza, or japan that can be used to reverence this, but the buildings related IRL to the resort gives it away on what and where its based on, the palm trees with the beach just after points to the beach lagoons right behind the resort, there are also multiple hotel buildings neighboring the IRL location the map is based on

With the 'interconnected world' thing I think you'd like exploring the areas of Borderlands 2 as you can see various areas from other areas. Like, for instance, from the towering outcrop of rock the Bunker is located on you see Thousand Cuts and Terramorphous Peak (with the boss of that area itself occasionally being visible from time to time). Personally, I'm also a big fan of being able to see areas from other areas as it does a great job of making a world feel interconnected and bigger.

An interesting thing that you may not know is that you can skip world 4 in Octo Valley by inking the right edge of the top side of the area blocked by the electric gate that is unlocked after beating the boss. Then, you can do a precise jump as a squid onto it. If you do it wrong, you will just bounce off to your death, but if you get it right you can jump off of it onto the platforms to world 5 without having to do any of world 4.

I'm sure it's a game balancing thing, since corner game play for shooters and chargers would change a lot. This way, it's always consistent which corners are a good idea to shoot around. Though I wish it didn't hurt the Inkbrush and Octobrush, being bad at turning left is such a dumb weakness to give a weapon and I can't help but think it was unintentional.

11:00. Ok, so i have some evidence as to where ancho v-games is located, but this is gonna be wordy. So i was playing ranked battles earlier and i super jumped to my spawn point. Because of where u spawn in ranked, if u look outside the map at the top of ur super jump, u can look over the walls and see whats outside. From looking outside, u can see the power lines that are just next to flounder heights and kelp dome. To come to the conclusion, i think that ancho v-games is somewhat near flounder heights and kelp dome.

Actually, something minor I happened to notice... The Bomb Rush that Chugga picked up in the Octo Valley mission WAS a Splat Bomb Rush at first, but as soon as he switched to the Burst Bombs the Special immediately changed to the Burst Bomb Rush at 6:40. For the record, the bomb rushes in Octo Valley are just bomb rushes, not a specific one. You can change the rush by equipping another type of bomb, for example, when he picked it up, he had splat bombs equipped, so it was a splat bomb rush, but when he equipped burst bombs when he almost fell off, it became a burst bomb rush.

I think the type of bomb rush is based off of the kind of bomb you have equipped, as it switched from splat to burst when you selected your burst bombs

In splatoon2, they kept the Interconnected world for both new/returning stages, as well as removed stages.
