Yeah the Splatterhouse series has always had quite a few horror referances in them, the orginal mask = Friday the 13th, the boss of stage 1 or 2 in splatterhouse 2 = Freddy Krugger Dr. West = The mad doctor in Reanimator Dr. Herbert West

I really don't think this is what the fans were looking for as this was the second Splatterhouse game made and was never released in the U.S. I will admit the Thriller reference did give me a chuckle.

I do believe that Thriller started to play when the Vampire started danceing with what seemed to be giant nose boogers. SplatterHouse has been watered down and turned into... I dont know... but it looks... fun?
