I'm a TMNT fan from the 80s cartoon. I've always like how Splinter had a cane as a weapon. But in more recent iterations he's had a "family sword" (which makes sense given his martial arts background). With that being said I'm surprised no one has ever given Splinter a "cane sword". It would serve as a normal cane, but can unsheathe a deadly sword for "mortal combat". He could also use the wooden sheathe to block and attack with.

I actually like this figure I like dark colors, the sculpting I believe is better and I'm glad he has the cane. I'm not mad at the paint because all TMNT action Figures need some paint details and I like the cane is painted and not just a straight color also it looks more like a giant rat

I wish a toy company would make an action figure of splinter that looks like the 1987 cartoon splinter. it would be about 5 inches tall and be the same color as the 1987 splinter and have actual fur and his kimono would be removable so other clothes could be put on him. I also wish I could be a mutant rat like splinter, only I'd be a flying rat. the flying rat looks like the 1987 cartoon splinter, only her fur is dark gray and she has bat wings and her eyes are periwinkle sky blue. I told peter renaday about the flying rat and he likes her and he told me splinter would like her
