Brazilian heavy metal icon Max Cavalera has never been one to shy away from the idea of forming another band. Though he dedicates a lot of his time to his post-Sepultura passion project Soulfly, Max has somehow found the time to form numerous additional acts throughout his career of forty years. The latest, Go Ahead And Die, once again brings family into the fold with his youngest son, vocalist and guitarist Igor.
Cutting his teeth with previous projects Lody Kong and Healing Magic, Go Ahead And Die is a most heavy new chapter in Cavalera's story. In support of their sophomore studio album Unhealthy Mechanisms, released on Nuclear Blast Records, the band has embarked on a huge tour across the United States. On the road with Florida heavy-hitters BodyBox, the three month long tour includes nearly sixty American cities for the band's live debut run. Don't miss them when they play in your area!
