Hi Natalie! Ich bin gerade fertig mit deiner Stretch Übung geworden. Das hat mir sehr gut getan. Ganz besonders die Quadriceps Stretch war wirklich gut für meine Meralgia paresthetica am rechten Oberschenkel, die ich bei einer Rückenverletzung vor ein paar Jahren geholt habe. Freue mich schon auf die dritte Übung. Danke und viele Grüße! 🙏
