This is ideal for me, plus I do the bowl pose for two min from your core video still. I can do the stradle stuff about half the time, so its just the right amount of room to improve. you are a gift for my lessons and through you I have learned discipline for the very first time, as a 60 y old man lol

Thank you for the lovely words and for sharing your experience. So great that you are combining the exercises from other videos too! Regular practice is amazing, it carries your through the good and the bad.

Wunderbar Natalie!

I really like your flex-point exercises, I'm definitely integrating them in my handstand routines. Thanks you for that

Yay! Happy to hear :) I find "distracting" yourself from balance can sometimes really improve balance.

Hello Natalie. I got a question for you. How can I achieve a hollow body shape in the freestanding handstand? I can do freestanding but my back arches. Is this a mobility problem?
@NatalieReckert5 ай бұрын
Most likely it's shoulder mobility, and then it can also be an issue of just switching on the right muscles. Think brace for impact in your handstand, like someone wants to punch you in the stomach and you want to make the muscles rigid. Here are two videos you might find useful, three in fact :) : kzbin.info/www/bejne/j5CshKR8odF0msU kzbin.info/www/bejne/qJ-zpqyqp9SVg9k kzbin.info/www/bejne/hH_ceZxjqbigmqc
