Aside from the absolutely satisfying transformation of the Freedom Factory, watching you not only have your dreams unfold in front of you, but also to be so hands on is so incredible to watch. A lot of people would just make the calls, pay the money and let whoever do the work. But the fact that you've also put your own time and labor into every change says so much about the person you are and just how much passion you have for this. Granted some work you have to keep to the professionals, but even then you still contributed in some way or another. This is why you're my favorite person to watch on this platform. whats even cooler, and i dont mean to be in bad taste, but he can do almost anything at that track. Oval racing, drift, burnout, can even do circle drags! The fact that its all going to be on KZbin is great. He built a following and now can reinvest him himself. He can rent out the track for Drift Events maybe even host a Formula D event. The fact that he is working inside out is perfect too, 4-5 years he can redo the track and retaining wall and go from there. He has enough space to do a side by side track. The drag strip next door is so cool, they can swap event weekends and throw parking in each others lots. Clearing more space for race teams and sponsor booths. Not to sound like a dick suck but like this mans videos and watch the 15/30 second ads, it adds up and gets us quality content. Would be cool to see Adam throw his shop up there, he can have a dedicated drift testing site and him and Cleet make good content together.

All I have to say is wow, what a huge donation and sponsorship from these companies! Sod can cost anywhere from .30-.80¢ per sq ft so with labor this is easily $80,000!!! There's a big difference between a bid private job and the insanity of bid government work. I usually estimate in 2-3x the time for the headache of inspectors, reports, and traffic. Traffic is huge delays, inspectors can shut things down for days if they don't get there on time, and there is tons of time lost on reports that say "I did this today, same as yesterday, same as tomorrow".

And I've seen private stuff done quick, but not all right after each job in quick succession, like happened here. I'd normally expect to get sod down at least a week after the concrete went down. I just didnt expect it to all come together this quick

his decision to go ahead and mill the inside drift corners will go down as one of his first "great moves". LOL I gotta admit, I'm not all about the burnout pad....but it's his thing, and it will be epic. But, when they were talking about milling those corners, I knew Cleet would cave. Of all the things you want smooth, it's the corners you are drifting through. The tires will last longer too..

@@nickf.2871 Absolutely. I went 3 days without an ounce of sleep replacing the motor in one of my race bikes. It had been down a while, missed riding it like hell, finally had an engine to put in it. I knew when I pulled the first bolt, I wasn't going to be sleeping until that bolt was reinstalled ha ha ha. You also lose track of time, you don't quite feel like you haven't slept.
