Haha! I was about to say this. Had a Mustang. Had a Sable. Have a Grand Marquis. Noisiest PS pump is in my Ranger. Rebuilt it, then replaced it. Still noisy. Pretend it's a supercharger and just deal with it.

Mine was an '88 Lincoln LSC with the 5.0 HO which was a great powertrain. Short of replacing everything for the power steering I believe trying to get as much of the old fluid out as possible and using a couple bottles of Lucas power steering fluid to replace it is about your next best bet.
