I love love love living in the northwest Terrace. It’s a very quiet community. We live in a home that my husband‘s grandparents had built in 1962 and my husband’s other grandparents just live kitty corner from us. It’s right off of Francis. Yes but there’s a gas station close by and my son could play out until 10 o’clock at night maybe even later if I’d let him and he would be totally safe.

To make this easy look for house anywhere far from downtown you will be fine my favorite location is five mile your close to everything also it falls under mead school district which is the best school district houses are expensive but its a great location

Good evening Sir. May I ask you, which safe area would you recommend for renting studio? We are Ukrainians who won green card (In DV-lottery) and council recommend us this city. Right now we are living in Canada (Winnipeg) and one thing was shocked me a little, about crime around downtown, because of drugs/bands/sick homeless. We are peaceful people (cooks/confectioners). In case with Winnipeg we had opportunity to live one month in hotel for free, because federal help of Canada. But regarding USA I need to know which area we will be definitely fine. We want to stay this city for a long. I will be really grateful if you give me advice.

What budget are you working with? The thing with Spokane is you can be safe wherever you go if you’re sensible. Keep an eye on your things, keep things locked and you should get by just fine. I lived in Brownes addition for a while and never had any issues - That’s an around a lot of people complain about for crime.

You should be able to stay away from the worst parts of Spokane for that. Consider the newer apartments in Spokane Valley or in North Spokane. Feel free to text me for more details.

I don't typically deal with leases. You can find a ton online. Be sure to only use legit websites like realtor.com & redfin for rental listings. Theres a ton of scams on Facebook and Craigslist where people are taking deposits and disappearing.

Yeah it’s my favorite you should review Parkside on the green in nine Mile Falls it’s the neighborhood where I live and I live in the first cul-de-sac it’s really nice neighborhood with a really nice walking area and it’s right on the river

Are the areas around the air force base?

There’s a fair amount of homes around the AFB. There’s Airway Heights which is a small community nearby. There’s homes with good amounts of space (2-5 acres) around the base too. It’s also worth noting that Fairchild is quickly accessible from the freeway so there’s no need to live right next to it. Feel free to reach out if you have anymore questions.

I used to live in Spokane. I remember my neighborhood being referred to as Garden Spring's /Geiger Heights but I think its called Thorpe Westwood now. We lived on S. Abbott Rd 99224. I went to Windsor then to Cheney for school. 😂 I remember it was a long distance charge to call Cheney until Spring of 1993. Yep I am that old🤣🤣🤣.
