Be careful what you wish for. I lived in Spokane for 8 years, got tired of the gray winter skies and winter driving. I moved to Arizona in 2001, I’ll take the heat over cold easily.

I remember driving in the snow there. I had to go from the valley to near Spokane Falls community college I could only go about 20 mph, maybe less at times.

Thanks for the post---I love driving the snow--before it gets plowed. Unfortunately, now I am most concerned with the "other guy." Who right away will say, "I'm sorry, never driven in the snow. I'm from X or Y or Z. They get a lesson that cars don't stop as well, don't corner as well--I get increased insurance despite the wreck being their fault.

People definitely do not give 4 second car lengths here in the winter. Youll have someone on your tail even in the snow.
