In Loving Memory of Keith “Joe” Arbuckle SUNRISE: February 3, 1985 SUNSET: October 27, 2017 Joe was born February 3, 1985 to Glenn Arbuckle and Venice Brown. He is the oldest brother to eight siblings. As a child, Joe enjoyed exploring forests, lakes, rivers and the study of reptiles. Joe displayed early on his exquisite mind and powerful ability to intelligently interact with the people and places of this world. He had a great love of children and they loved him too. In his teens, you would find Joe at Riverside Park playing basketball. The children called him “Tall Guy” and he was known to stop a game to allow a child to shoot a basket. His profession was a Union Bricklayer, but his heart led him to be a Preschool teacher. Joe was a passionate fisherman ever since he was introduced to it at 2 years old. He would often use fishing and basketball as a way to encourage and minister to people of all ages. Joe deeply Loved and honored Jesus as his Lord and Savior. He consistently displayed the passionate Love of a real Husband and Christian Man. Joe was an amazing Son who loved and respected his Father and Mother. His Family and Friends meant the world to him, bringing him such joy over the years. He is and will always be deeply Loved and missed. A Great man, Husband, Son, Brother, Cousin, Uncle, Friend, and to some a Father, giving councel and encouragement to countless people over the years. Thank you God, for the gift Joe was, and is to us all. Joe was preceded in death by his Grandparents: Glenn W. Arbuckle, Anna Kindrachuck, and Alma Chastain. His Uncles: William Arbuckle, Chris Chastain, and Aunts: Naomi Patkoski, and Teresa Moore. Joe is survived by his Wife, Christa Arbuckle, his Father, Glenn J. Arbuckle, his Mother, Venice Brown, Siblings: Marie Chuong , Emily Brown, Claudia Moore, William Brown, Barnabas Skinner, Ruth Skinner, Onesimus Skinner and Daniel Skinner. Nieces and Nephews: Christina Moore, Summer Chuong, Malia Holman, Esther Swater, BethEl Kurke, Zane Moore, and Ameliya Huden.
