Sponge Cake Recipe (8inch Square Cake Mould)
a) Low Protein Flour 70g
Corn Starch 5g
Corn Oil 60g
Milk 60g
Egg Yolk 6nos
b) Egg White 6nos
Icing Sugar 70g
Oven Temperature
First bake at 150c Top 170c Bottom 30mins then 110c Top 130c Bottom for 50mins

Electrical Hot Stamp I used Heating setting at 350c, if you don't have an electrical hot stamp, you can get those where you just heat over stove fire.
