Sponge Cake

Ingredients:
200g butter
11 tbsp sugar
3 eggs
1tsp vanilla essence
8 tbsp milk
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
Instructions~ in a bowl add sugar and butter and mix using electric mixer or hand mixer, add eggs 1 at a time, milk and vanilla.
In a separate bowl sieve flour and baking powder, add it to wet mixture and mix with spatula. It’s wise to use baking paper as I struggled to take the cake out, bake until well cooked golden brown,the knife should come out clean, and 😊
