Recently Morisette released a cover of her original Love You Still from Signature EP she called the Sunset Version. You can find two great video versions on two KZbin channels: her own Morisette PH; and the joint KZbin channel From The Sea, which s the duo group Morrisette and Dave Lamar, her husband, they maintain for their joint projects. I recommend also Dave's Channel. I like both videos. The live version is from their recent concert Feels Like Home. The Sunset version of LYS is more lyrical with only cello, piano, and Morrisett's voice, while all the other video versions are more rock and pop inflenced.

Late but since nobody responded to your questions here are the answers. The lead vocalist of Sponge Cola, firmly formed in 2002, is Ysmael (Yael) Yuzon. This track is included in their latest album "Hometown, part 2". The song "So Close" has a very nice music video, which I think is very close to what you were thinking but the would-be lovers are not separated in terms of leaving in different sides of the world.
