@@jtmoore662 Jesus Christ, arrested for swearing? Seriously? I thought that by '96 we were past that shit. Sounds like something that would have happened to Jerry Lee Lewis in 1956.

Plowed, Molly, and Drowning. I'd put them against any back to back to back songs on any album
I just realized one of the reasons I like this band/song/album so much is that the guitar/music is very tasteful and they resisted the urge to blow all out like so many alternative acts at the time. It’s holds up well.

It's a special feeling to have seen them play this song on THE Lolapalooza that was the Ramones' farewell tour, had Rancid, Devo, The Melvins, and Metallica on the bill. Soul Coughing was fun too. Oh, I failed to mention, Sponge played a very special version of this song then, it was VERY reggae and very fun.

I think this is another song written from a news article like Jeremy was. This is about a girl in Washington State who fell in love with her teacher and he didnt feel the same way. She killed herself in the bathtub by slitting her wrist or ODen. The teacher went to her house and found her dead. I think when it says he touched her face she starts to smile, it was because of rigor set in and gave that appearance of smiling after he touched her.

This was one of my jam songs growing up. They opened for a few of the bands I saw in concert over the years, they had some good guitar hooks in their songs. I never thought about the lyrics in this song, but they're very meaningful for a short song. I think it talks about addiction, love, and wishing you could be in love.

[then proceeds to tap the inside of his arm] the crowd: BOOOOOOOO!!! I'll never forget it.

A lot of idiots kept saying that their music is better in this decade or that decade, but to tell you the truth, there is no such things as better music in it's own decade, because each decade has it's own good quality of music and bad ones too. However, it doesn't mean that one decade possess all the great quality of music.
