When I bought the old sealed version of Spongebob Season 3, I was shocked to see that Stephen Hillenburg's letter was not present. 😭

I didn't consider the idea that they might've removed it in later releases until now. The DVD was in production for 7 years, so it is possible that they didn't include it after a while to save money.
