Theory: Look closely at the shape of the demons you can recognize some characters. A old lady who loves chocolates that spongebob and Patrick were selling. Then the T shaped demon is one of the flying dutchman friends in a newer episode. They prolly went to/came from hell respectively and someone summoned them up to the house to protect something or whatever. Patrick bought the house and Spongebob moved in with him as roommate and the demons were triggered

Patrick didn't notice the demons until Spongebob set up the cameras and saw possessed Jeff.

The creepiest scene was mr crabs sitting in a dark room while the colors if his eyes change and he change his face like a maniac. You can also later mr crabs goes away and we can start to see the dead bodies of his wife and pearl, the demons show up and all of a sudden the screen goes to black and continues the story 🦀🪑🎴🗣👹
