That’s the final boss theme of Mega Man Zero 4 / Rockman Zero 4 (which I highly suggest anyone listen to because it’s a *very* unique and well-composed track). The theme which first plays in Undertale is 'Fallen Down' and when the second battle with Asgore is halted it’s 'Fallen Down (Reprise)'.
