After failing to successfully copy the Mario Party formula with the abysmal Nickelodeon Party Blast, Nick wanted to take a second attempt at the genre, but this time they ignored the crossover elements and decided to focus on SpongeBob.
Nickelodeon have had a surprising amount of success at copying Mario Kart, Super Smash Bros, and Mario Tennis; could this be their chance to finally nail the party game genre?
