If you look at the notification where your video was blocked, there's an option somewhere that will allow you to file a dispute. SpongeBob is blocked by default, and you have to challenge the copyright claim to make the video available. Mention that parody is protected under Fair Use and is therefore not a violation of copyright, and they should put it back up. (It took them less than 24 hours to unblock mine)
