Kayli, I have recently started trying to put myself out there as well, I hope your journey continues to go well. Doing things like this produce the memories worth cherishing. I couldn't express how similar I feel about the cycle of just sitting and worrying, it sucks you in and it is so hard to recover from an anxiety that you have no idea where it stems from. Everyone has different things that go wrong in our lives but dealing with depression and anxiety has been very hard for me, some days I fall in bed and don’t get out. Hi! I have an anxiety disorder, emetaphobia, and developed an eating disorder (ARFID) because of both and I relate to every single thing you have mentioned about your mental health. I just wanted to comment and say that there is specialized exposure therapy for people with anxiety around being sick and it works! I have been in exposure therapy for two years now and it has completely changed my life. It took me a while to find a doctor for this but they do exist and I try to encourage everyone I know who might feel the same as me that this is always a possible treatment option! So happy you're pushing yourself to do uncomfortable things it will get better!!!
