TOW ATGMs to not dip down after launch. There are so many YT videos showing the launch from the gunner's view. The TOW was designed to launch from a ground mounted tripod which would not be possible if it sank below the point of aim in flight.

I played through the Begleit before it got its turret traverse buffs, which meant that the stabilizer couldn't really keep up which meant that you had a fast chassis but a slow turret, not a great combination. It was awesome back then and absolutely slapped. With all the small and big buffs it got it's one of the best IFVs in the game and BR for BR very close to the 2S38 in performance.
