There is lots of romours but from what I know it is an old pirate shipwreck because they used to use the Channel to get in and there is an old cave on Cefin Sidan.

The shipwreck is called the Paul. That’s further up the beach top end of cefn Sidan. That’s definitely not the Paul. Looks more like scaffolding, more than likely washed off somewhere and ended up there.
