Spore Mod Concept: New voices (Cute, Grox, Fem)

I have been trying out a new Spore modding avenue that could allow me to add up to 30 new voices to spore creatures (replacing unused variants of the existing voices that Maxis never diversified from eachother). Here is the progress I have made towards new voices.
(Apologies for the poor editing, this video is merely a showcase of progress thus far and I did not want to spend lots of time on it.)
This mod will likely not be publicly released for quite some time, as each voice in spore uses around ~700 files or more, and modifying all of those for a new set of complete voices will be a massive undertaking.
This Mod is currently available in its in-dev, unfinished form on my discord server for eligible patrons to try out. Requires UPE (ultimate property enhancer) and Spore ModAPI to run.

Always felt really limited by the stock set of voices, really cool to see modding finally getting around to that :D I wonder, is it possible to make the voices have custom civilized sounds too? I always thought it was really cool that the insect mouths had custom sounds for sapient species (as if I didn't have enough reason to like keeping the cell parts around in my herbivore and omnivore runs X3).

it is possible! i think that there would only be 9 unused slots that i could use to make new civilized voices, but that would probably be more than enough for how massive the workload would be to make the amount of new voice lines required (its in the 1000s) for even one new voice. the fem sounding sing voice at the end was actually an experimental test for such a voice! i've always disliked how spore has a male soundign voice but no female one, so i was thinking i could take the opportunity to add in a female counterpart to it as a civilized voice. its a bit harder to test, though, so i just had that one as a few creature voice files so far.

If you're reading this. THANK YOU FOR CONTRIBUTION TO SPORE THIS HUGE. No joke, you are the best since Davo, who made Dark Injection. Blood mod, cut vanilla parts with configuration, new creature voices, creature creator backgrounds and *even tribe house creator* . All of this is revolutional to the game itself. I'll download every single mod of yours when all of them are done and play the main game. If I had chance to subscribe to Patreon, i'd absolutely do it.

I remember when I voiced a Spore captain girl myself by using my computer's built-in video editing program (Windows Movie Maker, Specifically). The results were... well... interesting to say the least.

Cool mod, but I was actually expecting to hear the real female voice when you talk to one of the aliens in space stage. 😅

@@sgasolacewolf4930 understandable, i know thing like this can be daunting to newcomers. lots of people suggest ideas for spore mods (or even mods for other games) that I think would be awesome, but would be really difficult to actually do, or at least do well. but its always worth asking, still! Im glad people are still interested in this old game!
