This episode served to introduce the four Miraculous that are left in the Miracle Box. Their powers are quite interesting and trust me when I say that these episode didn't make them justice. But you're right when you say that Ladybug should have used the power of the rooster sooner. Sublimation (its power) does have some limitations (being the reason why Ladybug didn't use it sooner), but it is a power that can adapt to any situation.

2:37 actually, Thomas already confirmed long ago that Marc and Nathaniel are indeed a couple. Unfortunately, because of the heavy restriction set on the show from being so popular world wide, they can not freely express their lgbtq+ characters as much as they want to, so they have to keep it subtle. Anytime a scene appears where the couples are paired, they will always be seen together. In regards to Didier Roustan, Didier is actually a real person, he is a very famous soccer journalist in France, however, because of this, Thomas had explained that the french community would be much more excited to see him in the show than viewers from other parts of the world who are not necessarily affiliated with the famous people of France.

Actually i dont think its that great spoilers! . . . . . . . . . they seem to force the idea of Gabriel getting the miraculouses because the execuation was so weird when lb having a panic attack and detransform, we see Gabriel taking the miraculouses from the yoyo but yoyo shouldnt be there its not how it works yoyo should have been already gone when she detransform but it was still there until she transform again and they always say she can grab miraculouses from her yoyo because she is the guardian the fact that other can also acsess because they have the yoyo is so dumb to me i didnt like it at all i would prefer for him to get some of them in different situation he became so op after getting all of them and still get defeated everytime its just ughhh! I hate it so much

In terms of Chloe's "Redemption", I don't think some are aware that many people who work on the show have openly stated that they do not understand what lead people to believe Chloe was going to have a redemption, they state that the show had always presented Chloe's unchanged personality and inevitable fate in "Miracle Queen", there was no redemption planned but we are so accustomed to seeing redemptions in a wide variety of shows that many didn't really think her character was going any other way. Even the colorist for the show had to explain in an interview the purpose of chloe's character. Fact 1: Some other people confuses the ability of Ziggy the goat and Ladybug that they have the same ability. However one thing differs between them is that Tikki summons an object BEFORE executing any plans (Tikki's summoned objects are random), while Ziggy summons an object AFTER determining any plans (Ziggy's summoned objects are determined already). Fact 2: Orikko the chicken, has the ability to chose any ability the user wants, however the user can only summon an ability except those already owned by a kwami. It is yet undetermined whether this limitation is only limited to the Miracle Box Marinette has or to all Miracle Box out there.

I really keep rewatching season 4 because the writers wrote Ladybug and Cat Noir's rift fairly well, in my opinion. They're both children adjusting to new developments, and they both don't handle the situation perfectly. But i feel like since the tageet audience for this show is kids/young teens, a lot of viewers couldnt understand why certain characters were acting like this, and Ladybug got a lot more hate because fangirls only like Cat Noir lmao. But I think the season 4 finale helps resolve certain issues (Ladybug apologizes, Cat Noir supports her, some more things like Ladybug's Cat Blanc trauma become clear, Ladybug vows to trust Cat Noir more). At this point in the season, we have: -Ladybug adjusting to the overwhelming weight of Guardian, on top of her role as Ladybug, which is already a bigger responsibility than being Cat Noir. She ALWAYS has to show up to EVERY fight to purify the akuma/amok, and restore any damage. Its even proven that the Lucky Charm doesnt work to fix damage if its not used during a fight or used too late in one of the specials.Ladybug views her role as a stressful responsibility. -Ladybug distances herself from Cat Noir because she doesnt want another Cat Blanc to happen, which as far as she knows,happened because Cat Noir found out her identity and they loved each other. Adrien feels abandoned because Ladybug is able to resolve fights without calling on him, which makes NO sense since shes never had to call on him before. After all, he owns his miraculous; she doesnt have to give it to him. Adrien uses Cat Noir as a way to express himself and escape his normal life. He loves being Cat Noir, and even more so loves spending time with Ladybug. Adrien is upset because Ladybug is seemingly going behind is back, letting Alya and Nino knowing each others identities but not allowing them to know each others. I totally agree with Zamber that Cat Noir has gotten rejected enough that he shouldnt use it as an excuse to fail at his job or get angry at Ladybug. I personally have had a friend who was harrassed by someone constantly confessing their love, trying to win her over, even after multiple rejections, and he would throw hissy fits and talk about his own version of the story to all his friends, making it seem like he deserved a chance. So i totally think Ladybug's situation is much more understandable, even if she isnt perfect (obviously she should share more things with Cat Noir to keep him from feeling left out/abandoned, but her trauma prevents that)

Zamber: Luka why? Second chance is too powerful. If he had set his save point before entering the field he could simply save scum and replay each match over and over again. The penalty box doesn't knock you out, so he could simply escape it. For a similar reason Ayla and Alix were taken out before they can transform. Even hiding from sight, Rena Furitive could still screw with Penalteam to no end. She just has to be smart about it. Ryuko was also a bit to powerful to use.

This is a fun episode, vey funny, two things, the rooster's power can only give you a power that 1: Does not interfere with a kwami's magic (EX you can't have the power to break through the Ox's invincibility) 2: you can't have the power that another kwami has (EX no lucky charm power) and my second thought, I do wish the heroes have been spread throughout the entire season, those episodes could've easily eplace some fillers, then have this episode as an all round wrap up to make sure you remember all the heroes

So… Let’s talk about The Rooster Miraculous real quickly. YES. It IS super overpowered in giving the user almost any power they could desire. But there are a few limitations that are addressed in the future. However, it’s probably best if you are aware of them now. *It can’t magically grant wishes or bestow knowledge. It only gives abilities or powers. *It can only give one power at a time. *Ironically, it can’t let the user copy a power that another miraculous already gives naturally. (For example, you can’t use the rooster to create illusions or force fields because The Fox and Turtle Miraculous already called dibs on those powers respectively)
