Rena Rouge is just the beginning!!! With all those Miraculouses in Master Fu's box, you can imagine how many heroes Ladybug can call upon when needed. Just for you to know, Master Fu's box is supposed to contain 19 Miraculous, but there's only 14 there at the moment (without counting the ones that are active). In the side drawers, there are 12 that represente the Chinese Zodiac. All kwamis have names that are short and with a double letter.

It's so interesting, because people had been predicting Alya as the true fox holder for *years* by the time this episode came out - it was an awesome moment! But everyone expected any new miraculous holders to become permanent parts of the team, not have to give it back when they were done. And no one expected Alya to call herself something other than Volpina. So the episode was an interesting mix of fan service and subversion that is fascinating to behold.

I like the idea of giving Alya the Fox Miraculous, with the irony being that its powers are based on falsehoods while Alya is a truth seeker (which is the whole reason why she was akumatized into Lady Wifi in the first place) Also, we should've seen it coming considering her casual outfit is covered in orange and white lol (much like how Adrien wears a black shirt with yellow & green, and how Marinette's pink with white spots aesthetic is reminiscent of Ladybug's red with black spots) this theming trend (sometimes) works to hint at which other characters gets which miraculous

I had been looking forward to this episode for a while, even back when you were still in season 1. This is the first time Ladybug loans out a miraculous. I do love the costume. It is worth noting that Rena Rouge and Volpina's costumes are a bit different, as is the fox miraculous user from the book, the latter of which Ayla hasn't seen. This episode also shows that there are a dozen more miraculous that we hadn't seen before now. Although you can likely guess how many will be used this season. I wonder if you can guess what the other powers are.

I pretty much had the same reaction as you regarding Rena Rouge. There was a lot of good buildup and it made sense for her to be gifted with a Miraculous. I also loved that she passed her test of character by giving back the Miraculous and not telling Marinette about her becoming the Fox Hero. It really shows that she can take this seriously and not exploit it. I'm proud of her.

I wouldn't of figured out how to pronounce the title if they hadn't said it. I don't think I even tried before watching it. I guess it is harder to guess the villains when they are named after some fairy tale character I haven't heard of. I do love it when Hawk Moth gets back talk from his supervillains, or otherwise has trouble controlling him. August was a baby, so it goes without saying it would be hard to get him to focus on a task. I guess Puppeteer has been the only other person the twin's age he has used so far and that got rather close. Although she is more the exception that the rule. She viewed it as a game and getting the miraculous is how she wins. Plus the items she really wanted would give her the power to collect them anyway. The twins on the other hand didn't seem to have any clear goal, although that worked in their favor until Ladybug figured out how to round them all up. I guess the worst thing so far the villain of the week has done to Hawk Moth was try and kill him. Looking forward to Syren.

When I realized that it's the episode where new hero's start to appear and the first one will be Alya I nearly jumped off my bed out of excitement. And my parents were like what happened?! If you think season 2 has been amazing, I can't wait for when you reach the next two seasons. Trust me, season 3 is so much better than season 2 and season 4 tops everything you've ever seen in Miraculous. Now that you've seen Rena Rouge, I can't wait for you to meet the other new Miraculous holders that are going to appear. Trust me, their transformation, costumes and powers are so awesome!!!! But Rena Rouge of course will forever remain the fandom's favorite secundary superhero because... well, it's ALLYA!!!! Rena Rouge is one of my favourite heroines, her design, personality and everything !💖 People say she's "boring" but I don't think so, she has an energetic personality, smart, sassy and stands up for herself and other people in need. Rena Rouge despite being fox themed symbolises trust in the show as Marinette trusted her with the miraculous and Alya trusted Ladybug to give back the miraculous and not reveal her identity rather than revealing it to the whole wide world. Overall she's my 3rd favourite character after Luka and Kagami and she's amazing 🧡🦊

Now that you have reached episode 11 of season 2, I feel you should know the dynamic of Gabriel before people who didn't pay attention to the story start saying the writing is inconsistent and terrible. The writers have said ahead of time that we need to pay attention to the show and the story as the more serious parts of it needed to be left in subtly but still clear enough to continue being broadcasted around the world in all 120 countries,. Everything happens for a reason in the show and the show itself should not be viewed through the ideas of others, so be careful of who you listen to, thankfully you have a miraculous expert helping you like how "NegativeLegend" did when he made his video. Now there are a lot of things people overlooked but in terms of gabriel, it should be noted that in season 1, we see the kinds of boundaries he was willing to break in order to akumatize a stranger for the first time, however near the end of season 1 he was now willing to akumatize chloe, the daughter of one of his closest colleagues. In season 2, we see his is now willing to cross those boundaries within the confines of his own home and begins akumatizing the people who are closest to him, such as his family bodyguard. The longer Hawkmoth fails to get the miraculous, the more his goals begin to outweigh his better judgment as a human being.

The writings were pretty messed up but fun and interesting. We have the same opinion about the writings of this show... Everything that's been happening has a reason... Idk... All they want is the reveal but I care about the events and the storyline of the show so I don't complain about them not revealing their identities yet... There's alot more things to develop and the only thing that I hate about this show is their lack of character developments but I'm glad they're working on it... Atleast I think so...

@@redlyns153 the show is by no means perfect, but it is written very well enough to earn it the success it has. But unlike other shows such as avatar the last airbender, gravity falls, steven universe and other successful shows, Miraculous Ladybug is one show which has managed to obtain recognition and success in countries where many many shows are normally banned, so in order to maintain their story from being canceled, they have to work around all the rules each country provides but still keep the story the way they intended. Feri Gonzalez, the colorist for ZAG said the shows story is in its subtleness, if you don't understand something then you need to re-watch the episodes as there are many details people miss in order to explain situations between characters and the overall story. For instance, people often complain about marinette's obsession with Adrien and they believe it is not suitable for kids, but what people don't realize is kids are a lot smarter than people think, if we notice that Marinette's obsession with Adrien is to overwhelming at times, then the kids will notice this to, and learn not to do what she does, but the reason she is like this is because the show has presented time and time again that she has absolutely no control over her romantic emotions (kind of like an anime protagonist), her ridiculous stunts are just meant to be for entertainment and laughs. What's more is the team has constantly stated the show, its characters and the situations presented, go through a series of psychological analysis in order to determine is it is suitable for kids. The problem is not the show, it is the people who take it far beyond what it is meant to be, they jump to conclusions and listen to others in the fandom who claim to know more about how to do another persons job and how to write the story better, they develop expectations and latch onto ideas which are never presented on screen, which is normal but Feri says the team wonders half the time if some people are actually watching the show rather than watching it through the ideas of others. And of course people will feel offended by certain things in the show, but what most people do not realize is that the show, just like every other successful series, CAN NOT please everyone, people will always feel offended and hate the show for certain reasons regardless of how they write the story, but they do what they can with the time they got, under the rules which have been placed. In terms of the identity reveal, most people do not realize it can not happen so long as Gabriel is Hawkmoth, it does not matter how they reveal their identities because so long as adriens dad is hawkmoth, it will always end in disaster. Miraculous ladybug is its own show with its own story and characters, it is not meant to be like other shows.

And like what I said, I want a development.... Not just for characters but also for their relationships. And I'm just saying that I hate that they don't give it because it's been 4 seasons already... I hope I we can get that development in the next season but I'm glad that they did gave us some developments and changes this season but I feel like it's not enough to let the reveal happen yet And yes, Miraculous is a successful show because of how it is and because it's unique so I know that I shouldn't compare this to other shows because it shines in it's own way

I will say, I always did love Alya but I think after this she becomes a better and better character since we get more time with her. Honestly, my only issue comes from very specific not-well-written instances. But Rena Rouge. RENA ROUGE! The interactions with the other heroes is amazing.

I already know who was every main user since ep1 of s2 because of the trailer...when i learn they were WAY more miraculous than i though, i start to identify some of them with the zodiac and i try to see who would fit with it...until now i'm basicly wrong all the time 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Yep!!!! Rena Rouge everyone!!!! And as you may realise, the intro may be hinting at something. And there are so many miraculouses, so just imagine the number of heroes!!!!! This was, and still is one of my favourite episodes from this season, and I just love Trixx! As far as her character design goes, Rena Rouge is a 9 tailed fox, who is a prominent figure in Korean mythology and folktales. She pulls off orange perfectly, and imo, looks better than Volpina. Kissing hands of ladies is a term of respect, as well as cheek kisses in France, so it doesn't mean Cat Noir was flirting with Rena Rouge. Hawky is the biggest hypocrite ever 🤣 I honestly can't wait for you to watch ahead!!!!

I love Dark Owl! Not exactly a fav of mine, but a lot happens there. Not only we come to see a villain being clever enough (like a bat... or an owl, if you know what I mean...;D;D;D;D) to defeat Ladybug and Cat Noir (not defeat, but almost there), but we have a moment that involves the kwamis that we all were not expecting and that gives a new turn to the series.

Malediktator isn't a part of the Queens Battle special. Queen Wasp, the last episode of Queens Battle is episode 19, while Malediktator is episode 22 (I think).
