i love these vids! i liked your conclusion at the end btw 😁 i'm 27 and got my first bike (2004 R1) 2 years ago and loved every second of it. i wanted a sportbike since i was a kid, and i'm definitely gonna ride them as long as my body allows it.

30 yrs sports bike and got me a victory boardwalk first cruiser will probably never go back to sports bike just got to ride them harder the positive about riding sports bikes then going cruisers is they are easier to throw around and find their limits.Great video by the way

30 years on a sport bike! Now that’s impressive. Thanks for sharing.

40, just bought a CB300f, loving it. The bike is supremely comfortable and easy to ride and I want to keep riding it until I feel comfortable with a ninja 400RR unless Honda wants to step up and make a 400cc 4 cyl that revs to 16k or more. IIRC the Goldwing is just a CBR1000R frame scaled up to fit the 1800CC motor so even when I do graduate to suspenders/cruiser time I think I will just buy a Goldwing and not a victory bc the idea of a road trip with music/heated seats/GPS/reverse gear/cruise control/etc sounds better than the sound of my engine/my own thoughts.

Where are your R1's

Sold unfortunately. I do regret it but the Kms were getting high. Current looking for another new crossplane but not a lot of selection in my area at the moment. Hopefully find one soon!

Why not go with a KTM Super Duke, Yamaha MT series, Ducati Streetfighter and so on? At least with those, you stay in the sportbike realm of motorcycles.

I will likely try a few of those at some point. They are all great bikes as well!

Dood put Metzelers on that Victory it will handle twice as well as now. Unbeleivable change.

Just swap brands and use the exact same size of tire? It really makes that big of a difference??
