Sport Quad Take Over at the Silver Lake Sand Dunes

The turnout for all the July 25th Sport Quad rallies completely crushed my expectations. It was like a car show for ATV's. From high horsepower, alcohol running Banshees to completely original 250r's and Quadracers. This video shares the highlights of one of the best sport quad turnouts in recent years at the Silver Lake Sand Dunes.

Great video Pete! I really like the editing you did at 22:00 with the footage of the drag race, then footage of the same race from inside the rzr, then finish the clip out with the original view. Very cool!

I have ran both types of steering stabilizers. I started with a streamline 11 position, And I just recently purchased the Percision steering stabilizer. There is a big difference in both. Definitely spend the extra money For the Percision steering stabilizer

There may have been! This was on July 25th, the Suzuki, Honda, and Raptor rallies were all planned on the same day which is why I last minute made the trip. I'm super glad I did because it was an awesome weekend! 😊

hey pete I messaged you on instagram but anyways i wanted to ask you if you could post a tutorial video on how to drive a manual atv. I have watched many videos and i still cant understand when to shift down mostly, im pretty sure you should shift up when the revs get high by relasing the throttle, pulling in the clutch and shifting up with your foot but i dont get how you know when to shift down and if you will know when to shift down once you get to know what speed you go in each gear, i just dont know. If you could post an in depth tutorial I wold be so grateful.

@@morganthechevyguy I would call ahead to confirm the voucher system. I was fortunate to have Frank grab vouchers for me before I arrived. You can make your truck dune ready and just drive out to the dunes if you air down but then have to register your truck just like the ATV and also grab a flag. Next time I'm gonna do it. It would be super slick to have your rig out there so you can just pitstop at your vehicle instead of having to double back to the lot

They mainly check for spark arrestors. You're gonna want to have one, as they won't let you in if you don't.
