This is an excellent video. As a fellow KZbinr, I am very impressed with the simple instructions...and in 5 minutes! The build quality and design are outstanding. Thank you!

Lifesaver video, much easier to follow than the written instructions.

Thank you for the video. It was so easy to follow and made putting together the rack a breeze.

Skip ahead to the 3:38 mark if you've already had the rack set up and just need a refresher on proper loading technique. Great video!

This is probably one of the best videos I've ever seen on fully loading a bike rack. This young lady clearly demonstrated how to load a heavy ebike onto the rack closest to the car. Just about every video I've seen on KZbin shows a person loading a light racing bike onto the tray *farthest* away from the vehicle and then say, "See how easy it is?" They never show how to load a heavy bike while getting around the vertical aluminum post. The one big thing that I don't like about this rack design is that there are wayyy too many ways to steal the parts off it! A few twists of the knob and off go the wheel trays! Get a 17mm ratchet and remove the nuts and off go the square wheel tubes! Get a 19mm wrench and off goes the main beam from the hitch tube! Sorry, but this is the day and age that we unfortunately live in. This rack needs to be a wee bit tougher to steal. *

Question? If you only have one e-bike, should you still install both sets of wheel holders?

Don't see the purpose of the lock at the hitch if one only needs a 19 mm or 3/4 in wrench to unfasten the “main beam” (as the video calls it). Nothing is securing it. Could be missing something but to me seems like a weak point, and just leave the “hitch tube” (as the video calls it) on the vehicle. Yes, I know it's heavy, but not as heavy as the entire unit.
