So I start watching this vid and it starts off making NO SENSE. It first says his quickness but then talks about how many strides it takes to go full court which is SPEED. The it quotes his SPEED and says that it matches Chris Paul’s, CHRIS damn PAUL? Are y’all serious sports science. CP3 has never EVER been known for speed, even PRE INJURY, he was know for QUICKNESS. Sport Science y’all need to really pull out a dictionary lol I’m a Lebron fan, and he’s not nor has he ever been amongst the quickest players in the league. Mj, Westbrook, Drose etc are quicker than him BUT they’re also considerably SMALLER than him. Lebron is the quickest of anyone close to his size tho AND LEBRON is arguably the FASTEST (Speed) basketball player ever.
