@Dpollect Those declining ebay sales are happening because actual people are selling for those low numbers. It's not ebay's fault. So many people, who don't care about cards, came into the hobby to make a quick buck during the last 2 years and now they're getting out of it. Prices were stupid high and now they're where they actually should be.

So If Your Buying them at a Retail Price, and got a Discount on some, but not buying them at a wholesale price....What kind of Profit is to be made... Spend 50k just to only make back a few thousand back profit which is the price that the dealers knocked off the bulk price.... Doesn't seem like there is any profit to be made.

I like that local Dealers are getting supported by making the sales, but the majority, if not all, of those cards were vastly overpriced. Even at 20-30% off "sticker", most are still way over comps. For example, the MBappe PSA 10 Sticker (just randomly picking a card, and since it was one of the last pickups shown, just went with it as an example) stickered at $150. However, comps for it is $40. $40 card stickered at $150! So even if they gave it to you for $100, that's still twice as much as comps. But alas, it's all for a good cause, and like I said, it supports local dealers. But I'm fairly certain that everyone will agree that IF those sales were done with actual "personal" money, that none of those cards would have been bought at those prices. I went to a local card show recently and did not buy a thing cus of crazy inflated prices. C'mon Dealers! yaw need to stop crazily overpricing your cards! It's not 2020 anymore!
