The uncredited narrator is Andre Baruch, who narrated several "Sportscope" reels during the '50s. TCM often shows "Sportscope" shorts [as "Extras"] from time to time...

There used to be trophy trout fishing below Hoover Dam because of the cold water coming out but it was ruined by the introduction of striped bass.
