Sportsman1000 Highlifter Rear Differential Replacement

Got James in here for a 1000 Rear Diff Swap on his Sportsman and a Tune Up. This thing could have been a whole lot easier made haha.

If he has a lift the sportsman 850 and 1000 with the suspension at a high droop will heat the axle cups up and they melt the axlea diff seals and causes them to leak

I rebuilt my diff and it sounds the same way as your rebuilt one does and it's always sounded like that and it's always felt loose and had alot of clunky noise to it ever since it was brand new.

Could be a dumb question but how do i tell if its an axle going or my rear differential it’s starting to make noise back there hopefully its an axle but i have a bad feeling lol

Man, this is not very encouraging, lol. I'm about to rebuild my rear diff. After watching this, I'm sure it'll be on borrowed time.
