remember seeing the last carifta games u20 the 4×400 T&T won easily gold but at one point a incredible 30m comeback by last leg Jamaica Christopher Taylor nearly gave JA the gold ,its good regional rivalry between T&T ,Bahamas and Jamaica at 4×400 relays
