Saint Lucians eagerly awaited Julian's return to celebrate her olympic victory. But looking on, this was not for Saint Lucians to celebrate Julien's victory. Rather, it was for Julien to see and feel the love and pride that is bursting the seams of our collective hearts. That motorcade yesterday was awesome. The school rallies today were inspiring for the youth. And I am certainly looking forward to the National Holiday on Friday. I have no doubt the planned concert will be epic!❤
